Multi-Level Home Library:

I love this vertical shot of a two-story home library. Our goal was to highlight the multi-level oval rail and, of course, the matching oval stained skylight above. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional. To capture this perspective, we used an 11mm Zeiss lens on our Sony A850, with my back against the wall, but it was just enough. Both the client and I are very pleased with how it turned out. The horizontal shot features the cozy lower-level seating area.  The interior design is by Summer Thornton and the hidden State-Of-The-Art technology everywhere in this home is by Barretts Technology Solutions.  Stay tuned for more images from this extraordinary home.

Shooting Patel Brothers:

We received a request to photograph the front facade of a grocery store located on Chicago’s Near North Side. The primary challenge was securing two empty parking spaces directly in front of the store to allow for optimal shooting angles. Additionally, timing the shoot to avoid heavy traffic required careful coordination. Despite these logistical hurdles, the final image turned out exceptionally well, capturing the architecture and storefront with clarity and precision. The client was very pleased with the results, as were we.

Hospitality Photoshoot: Hotel Remodel:

When photographing a hotel remodel, the lobby serves as the critical first impression for guests. Using a wide-angle lens is essential to capture the full scope and grandeur of the space, highlighting the scale and design elements that make the lobby unique. It’s equally important to shoot from multiple angles to showcase different perspectives, details, and the flow of the area. This approach not only conveys the spaciousness but also the architectural and interior design nuances that define the remodel. Below are a few favorite shots that exemplify these principles.

Commercial Photoshoot :Big Chicken:

Sometimes, we receive last-minute requests for a quick photoshoot from commercial builders. In this case, the client needed a few clean exterior and interior images of a newly constructed Big Chicken. We arrived early on the morning of the grand opening, before the staff had even settled in. This timing allowed us to capture the interior and exterior shots without the distraction of customers or cars in the parking lot, ensuring crisp, polished images that highlight the space’s. www.normansizemore.com

Office Upgrade:

This was a Chicago advertising agency, that had did an entire office upgrade.  We really loved the open spaces, the wide views, the work area bullpen and then the thoughtful touches like private phone booths and lounges to unwind.  Some favorites below.

Shooting Benjamin Turnwald Dentistry:

A couple of years ago, we were called to photograph a dentist office that stood out from the many others we have worked with. This was a standalone building housing an exceptionally large dental team. What made this project different was the palpable enthusiasm from everyone, clearly proud of their new space and passionate about their work. This energy was especially evident in the three production videos we created for the team, capturing authentic moments that reflected their dedication and camaraderie. Overall, it was a very memorable experience. Below are some of our favorite shots from the shoot.  To see more of our work, please visit our website. www.normansizemore.com
