Old World Craftsmanship -

We photographed this Chicago Brownstone for Geno Benvenuti.  Take a close look at the built ins and coffered ceiling.  The craftsmanship is meticulous and what you would expect from an upscale home built at the turn of the century.  Here in this addition, Benvenuti added to the existing wall unit is such a fashion that you can’t tell where the original began and the new section takes over.

In addition to matching the woodwork perfectly, the solidity and soundness of the structure let’s you know that this is built from select hardwoods and will stand the test of time, just as the original section has done for nearly a century.  More to come from this space soon.
