While commercial and architectural work is our primary focus, our roots are deeply planted in photographing people—and we truly love it. Whether it’s portraits, models, musicians, or executives, capturing the essence of a person brings a unique energy to our work. When Michael asked us to photograph his portrait, he admitted feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera. I completely understand that—I’m not thrilled about having my picture taken either. But Michael, being the professional he is, trusted the process and followed direction, which allowed us to create some excellent images. These two are my favorites from that shoot.
