Remodeled Company Break Room:

We were assigned to photograph a completely remodeled paint factory, and a key part of the shoot was the expansive company lunch and break room. The ceiling was opened up to reveal large wood arched trusses left exposed, giving the space an airy, industrial warmth that reads both modern and authentic. The original concrete floor was retained, sanded, stained, and finished to a high gloss—its subtle patina and reflective surface anchoring the room with texture and character. Custom counters and durable tables and chairs complete the composition, balancing functionality with refined materiality. More to come.

Commercial Paper Laboratory Interior:

These images are from a newly constructed paper testing laboratory. The lab relied on Key Interiors to design purpose-built test benches, room dividers, and custom counters that meet the precise workflow and durability requirements of a lab environment. Clean lines, durable surfaces, and thoughtful spatial planning keep testing stations organized and accessible while maintaining the sterile conditions such work demands.

Commercial design/build firms aren’t always top of mind for specialized lab projects, but this installation highlights their value: integrated design, coordinated fabrication, and on-site installation delivered a turnkey solution tailored to the client’s technical needs. Thoughtful material choices and exacting joinery ensure long-term performance and ease of maintenance—critical for high-use testing facilities.  More to come.

Luxury Powder Rooms:

Closing out the night with a few more luxury powder rooms.  Photographing such a small space can often be a challenge, which is why we are always certain to bring a wide architectural lens with tilt shift capabilities with us.  Doing so, really allows us to create a composition that will capture the full scope of such small rooms.  Some favorites form a luxury build by JMD in Chicago.  More to come.  To see more of our work or to schedule a photoshoot please visit our website. www.normansizemore.com

Bespoke Guest Bath:

Good interior designers can work magic with almost any space. Bathrooms are often among the first rooms they’re asked to tackle — compact, functional, and ripe for transformation. This high-end Chicago condo was completely remodeled with the collaboration of a thoughtful architect and interior designer. The guest powder room, designed by Lenore Weiss, embodies that careful balance of form and function.

Highlights include a double granite vanity that reads both luxurious and durable, bespoke cabinetry tailored to the room’s proportions, and a generously sized walk-in shower that elevates the guest experience. Materials and detailing were chosen for longevity, giving the space a timeless quality that will remain stylish and current for years to come.  We are going to highlight a couple of more baths for this luxury space.   To see more of our work, or to schedule a photoshoot please visit our website. www.normansizemore.com

Commercail Financial Office:

A recent photoshoot of a commercial financial office build-out. The architect asked us to emphasize the conference room, bullpen, and private offices — we made those the focal points while also capturing the smaller moments that complete the workplace: private phone booths for focused calls and a compact coffee bar for quick breaks. Some favorites below.

Conference room

  • Clean lines and material contrast take center stage here. We highlighted the natural light patterns, and the table’s scale to convey both formality and collaboration.

Bullpen

  • A bright, flexible bullpen with defined zones for heads-down work and informal collaboration. Shots focus on sightlines, ergonomic furnishings, and the rhythm of open-plan desks.

Private offices

  • Intimate, detail-forward images that show how thoughtful design supports focused work — layered lighting, neutral wall finishes, and a balance of privacy and connection to the rest of the floor.

Private phone booths

  • Tight, moody frames to showcase acoustical design and comfortable finishes that make quick calls feel private and intentional.

Coffee bar

  • For a pause between meetings: warm materials, streamlined storage, and the small rituals that sustain office energy.

Selected images below demonstrate how the architecture and interiors work together to support a financial firm’s needs: clarity, efficiency, and moments of respite. For full galleries or licensing, get in touch.

Artistic Contemporary Home:

We photographed this incredible contemporary home by interior designer Letitia Holloway a few years back. We’ll be shooting several new projects with Letitia in the coming months, but for now here are a few images from this exceptional space that haven’t been published before.

Letitia not only selected and designed much of the custom furnishings—her studio also created the majority of the artwork throughout the home. The result is a cohesive, quietly luxurious environment where materiality, scale, and deliberate restraint create powerful moments in each room.

Dallas Meical Clinic:

Here are a few interior shots from a recent medical clinic photoshoot we completed for a commercial interior design firm. Clean lines and uncluttered spaces are essential when photographing clinics—so we scheduled the shoot for early morning to ensure the main areas were pristine and free of activity. Our goal was to highlight the clinic’s circulation and wayfinding, the custom medical tables and equipment, and the functional workspaces that support modern clinical workflows. Below are some favorites that emphasize material detail, spatial flow, and the thoughtful integration of clinical fixtures into a welcoming interior.
