  • Spacious Layout: Thoughtfully designed to maximize flow and accessibility, creating an inviting atmosphere for both cooking and entertaining.
  • High-End Appliances: State-of-the-art appliances integrated seamlessly into the cabinetry, ensuring a sleek look without compromising on performance.
  • Lighting Design: Innovative lighting that highlights key features while providing warmth and ambiance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.

Below are a few of my favorite shots capturing the essence of this exceptional kitchen design.

Classic Foyer Entry:

The entryway of this estate remodel by Berliant Builders showcases period-correct classic marble tile flooring, establishing an elegant foundation for the home's aesthetic. Tucked discreetly under the staircase, a beautifully decorated powder room offers both functionality and charm. Directly opposite, a recessed sitting area provides a practical space for removing shoes, while the oversized foyer closet invites the convenience of hanging coats. Together, these elements create a harmonious and inviting entry that is perfectly suited for this classic home.

Luxury Suite by Berliant Builders:

We photographed this stunning estate home for Berliant Builders late last year. Here we want to highlight expansive Master Suite.   What stood out in Berliant Builders' work on this project was their commitment to preserving the home's original character. By opening up walls, raising ceilings, and incorporating exquisite woodwork and built-ins, they have enhanced every aspect of this exceptional residence.

We will do a  room-by-room detail of the property, showcasing the remarkable craftsmanship. More to come.

Cutting Edge Technology:

When crafting a luxurious residence, integrating cutting-edge technology is paramount. The allure of technology lies in its seamless integration, enhancing our living experience discreetly. Enter Barretts Technology Solutions, a premier firm led by Brian and his adept team, renowned for their mastery in home technology.

In this project, we unveil meticulously designed rooms brimming with top-tier technology that elevates the space without overpowering it. The elegance lies not in the visible gadgets but in the concealed marvels that enrich the ambiance. Every detail, down to the light switches, exudes sophistication, blending seamlessly with the interior's aesthetics while effortlessly controlling state-of-the-art electronics.

Embrace a realm where modernity harmonizes with classic charm, where innovation complements design, offering the pinnacle of technological advancement without disrupting the allure of interior finesse.  What Brian and his team are capable of is nothing short of amazing.

Lakeside Cottage Kitchen Remodel:

Flashback 2016, we photographed a lake side cottage for Cindy Howard. The kitchen had been completely remodeled with outstanding results. The space had been opened up allowing for increased traffic area and additional cabinets. The handcrafted cabinets were of the very highest quality, built by master craftsman and wood working genius Adi Selfollari. Below are a few of our favorite shots.

Common Bath Remodel by Geno and Robin:

Look at this wonderful common bathroom featured in a mid-century remodel by Geno Benvenuti with interior design by Robin Thomas. The character of this bathroom is simply captivating. It retains its original charm while being updated with a modern touch. Truly well-done!

Mid-Century Primary Bath Remodel:

This was a mid-century remodel by Geno Benvenuti.  We photographed the primary bathroom shown here along with common bath which we will show in another post.  I really liked this project.  The home was of modest size, but very comfortable and loaded with character.  I met with interior designer Robin Thomas early one February morning last year where she had been busy making sure all the rooms were properly staged and ready for the shoot.  This was the second time that I had the pleasure of working with Robin.  She’s not just talented, but fun to work with.  I hope we do it again!

Some favorites from the primary bath below.
