We’ve been shooting quite a bit of smaller commercial projects this year. Case in point, this Panda Express built and finished by Level Construction. We’ve mentioned in previous posts, that Level is just one of those companies that has the ability to handle any project, regardless of scope or size. And I know, it’s just a Panda Express, but look how well executed it is.

We really enjoyed the setting of this lovely pool house & swimming pool. One could easily imagine themselves spending long summer days by the pool. Often when installing a beautiful pool area, we forget how important the pool house can be. Pool houses keep your home from getting messy, with activity in an out of the pool. Here Orren Pickell Builders constructed a beautiful pool house complete with changing areas, bath, shower and kitchen. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining, lounging or enjoying a meal. Notice too, the electric storm shades.
We had such a wonderful experience shooting this project, as the homeowners were a joy to visit with and very hospitable. We didn’t need to move, clean or stage anything. It was as perfect as you see here in the images. Thank you, Patrick Falso for this assignment.

In this latest endeavor, Lauren collaborated with an outstanding team including architect Nate Kipnis, kitchen designer Mobili Mobel, and master craftsmen of Berliant Builders. We captured this beautiful lower level designed by Marietta Calas of Expressive Interiors. Featuring a large open kitchen, seating and gathering areas, and a beautiful sculpted wave from wall, this space seamlessly transitions to a multi-tier outdoor setting with a fire place, waterfall and pool. The custom furnishings, carpers and cabinets create the ideal retreat for year-round entertaining.
