This project presented a unique challenge and opportunity as we captured the essence of a large cottage that embodies an early American and African theme. Throughout the home, multiple hardwoods are showcased, each contributing to a rich tapestry of texture and warmth.

The wood plank flooring, with its intricate grain and depth, invites you into the great room, which features vaulted ceilings that elevate the overall aesthetic. The custom kitchen stands out not only for its functionality but also for the striking finish on the cabinets that contrast beautifully with the African hardwood used in the master bedroom and bathroom cabinetry.

The spacious home office is a focal point, equipped with handmade built-in cabinets and a large desk, creating an eclectic yet cohesive workspace. Each detail reflects thoughtful design, harmonizing bespoke furnishings with the architecture itself. The backlit display cases serve as a stage for a stunning collection of native artifacts and historic books, allowing viewers to appreciate the stories bound within and beyond the walls of this remarkable home.

This large family room embodies a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The impressive tray ceiling, accentuated by substantial wooden beams, draws the eye upward, creating a sense of spaciousness. The oversized fireplace, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, serves as a focal point, inviting warmth and light into the room while offering unobstructed views of the scenic grounds and the poolside patio.

Walnut hardwood floors add a rich, natural element to the space, complementing the overall design. The oversized sectional and overstuffed comfy chairs provide ample seating and a welcoming atmosphere, making this family room an ideal retreat for both relaxation and entertaining. Whether enjoying a quiet evening or hosting gatherings, this room captures the essence of luxury living.

Inviting, Comfortable, Outdoor Living:

This stunning home designed by architect Michael Buss seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The expansive outdoor area features a heated pool, creating a perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure. An open living space invites entertaining with a complete music system, television, and a wood-burning fireplace, offering warmth and ambiance.

For added comfort, screens can be lowered to ensure privacy and control insects, allowing for an enjoyable experience throughout the day. The spacious pool patio is ideal for lounging poolside or swinging in the evening, basking in the serene atmosphere.

We photographed this elegant kitchen last year for Marietta Calas of Expressive Interiors. Every element in this space is custom-designed, showcasing the finest craftsmanship. The cabinetry features exquisite detailing, complemented by a luxurious marble countertop that elevates the aesthetic.

This screened-in patio, designed by Janet McCann, exemplifies a tranquil retreat that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor leisure. Its elegant design creates an inviting atmosphere, allowing for effortless relaxation. Whether enjoying a refreshing cocktail or a light snack, this space offers a perfect setting for any day. With ample natural light filtering through the screens, the patio enhances the poolside experience while providing a serene spot to unwind. Hilton Garden Patio -

The front of the Hilton Garden Inn faces west, making it the perfect canvas for capturing the warm, golden hues of the setting sun. We strategically timed our shoot to coincide with this magical moment, allowing the natural light to enhance the building's facade and illuminate the outdoor patio with a soft glow.

We photographed this home for interior designer Janet McCann. This newly built residence embodies mid-century modern aesthetics with spectacular results. The 1960s vibe resonates throughout the space, showcasing classic lines that define the era. The bespoke furnishings complement the design seamlessly, enhancing the home's overall elegance.
