The entire apartment reads like a gallery—fine art balanced with custom-built furniture, each piece curated into the architecture. High-gloss kitchen cabinetry frames glorious slabs of marble; the island’s waterfall edge, carved from matching stone, turns a utilitarian centerpiece into a sculptural statement. Light and materiality play together throughout the space, elevating everyday surfaces into moments of artistic reflection. This condo was truly something special—one of our all-time favorites.
