Clever Lower Level:

We photographed this home for interior designer Jennifer Butler a few back, and we were really impressed with how much room Jennifer and her design team were able to coax out os such a modestly sized mid-century home.  The lower level for example had the floors dug out for additional head room.  The comfortable family room, office nook, clever under stairs storage, a powder room, spare bedroom and a full move theatre.  Did I mention the walk in wine cellar?  In all, a beautifully executed transformation.  More to come.
