or our recent assignment photographing Petite Maison Montessori in East Texas, we focused initially on the exterior to fully capture the entire facade. This included not only the school but also the adjoining offices, which share the same architectural theme. Our goal was to create a shot that would resonate with builders, architects, and the other tenants in the building alike.
To capture the full 150-foot length of the building with the correct perspective, we drove Mary’s Jeep out into the adjacent field. From there, I climbed on top to achieve the ideal vantage point. This approach allowed us to showcase the structure’s clean lines and cohesive design in a single frame.
We were very pleased with the final images, which successfully highlight both the architectural integrity and the inviting nature of the school and surrounding offices.
