The Perfect Mid-Century Modern Home:

We were really excited to shoot this project.  There is nothing quite as exciting for an architectural photographer as when working with a fine architect and interior designer on the same project.  You’re certain to have shots that are both architecturally interesting, with a perfectly appointed interior.  

 

Celebrity architect Nate Kipnis and renowned interior designer Janet McCann teamed up to create the perfect midcentury modern estate.  This home would sit perfectly in Palm Springs, yet it is tucked away a near the lake in Northern Illinois.

Shooting the Jade Residences:

We recently photographed this luxury condo building for Level Development.  It’s located just south of Chicago, a nice easy drive down the Stevenson.  Beautifully constructed with all the amenities one would need for the professional couple or small family with life on the Go!  

The project has been well received and a total success.  It’s my understanding that this is just one of several that Level Development has planned.  

Panda Express:

We’ve been shooting quite a bit of smaller commercial projects this year.  Case in point, this Panda Express built and finished by Level Construction.  We’ve mentioned in previous posts, that Level is just one of those companies that has the ability to handle any project, regardless of scope or size.  And I know, it’s just a Panda Express, but look how well executed it is.

The Perfect Outdoor Space:

 We really enjoyed the setting of this lovely pool house & swimming pool.  One could easily imagine themselves spending long summer days by the pool.  Often when installing a beautiful pool area, we forget how important the pool house can be.  Pool houses keep your home from getting messy, with activity in an out of the pool.  Here Orren Pickell Builders constructed a beautiful pool house complete with changing areas, bath, shower and kitchen.  The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining, lounging or enjoying a meal.  Notice too, the electric storm shades.  

We had such a wonderful experience shooting this project, as the homeowners were a joy to visit with and very hospitable.  We didn’t need to move, clean or stage anything.  It was as perfect as you see here in the images.  Thank you, Patrick Falso for this assignment.

State of the Art Home:

Another exceptional project completed by Lauren Coburn Interiors, showcasing her unparalleled talent once again. Each project seems to surpass the last, leaving us in awe of what she will create next. 

In this latest endeavor, Lauren collaborated with an outstanding team including architect Nate Kipnis, kitchen designer Mobili Mobel, and master craftsmen of Berliant Builders. The outcome is nothing short of spectacular. The home seamlessly blends into its early century neighborhood while boasting state-of-the-art features.  Below are some favorites from the shoot.

Beautiful Lower Level:

We captured this beautiful lower level designed by Marietta Calas of Expressive Interiors.  Featuring a large open kitchen, seating and gathering areas, and a beautiful sculpted wave from wall, this space seamlessly transitions to a multi-tier outdoor setting with a fire place, waterfall and pool.  The custom furnishings, carpers and cabinets create the ideal retreat for year-round entertaining.

Smart, Elegant Home Office:

This office is just a small part of a wonderful photoshoot we had with Lauren Coburn.  The home is so amazing, that we are going to show it room by room.
